ACTIVATE TRAINING FAQs
Important info regarding online and in person attendance. Please read through and let us know if you have any questions
or conflicts at least 30 days in advance.
Â
Do I really need to attend every day of the training?
Yes. This training is designed as a complete arc—each day builds on the one before. When you miss a session, you not only lose essential content but also create gaps in your own process. This isn’t a pick-and-choose experience. It’s a transformational container that only works when you’re fully in it.
What happens if I can only attend part of the training?
We ask that you commit to the full experience. Partial attendance doesn’t give you what you came for. The biggest breakthroughs often happen in the spaces between sessions—during the exercises, the integration time, and the group discussions. Coming in and out not only limits your transformation, it also disrupts the group dynamic we work hard to build.
Why does it matter if someone comes late or leaves early?
This work is highly energetic, personal, and collective. Every person in the room plays a role in the container we create. When someone dips in and out, it breaks that energetic flow. It pulls focus and can unintentionally slow down the process for others. We value every participant’s time and transformation—yours included.
Can I watch a replay if I miss a session?
This is not a passive learning course. It’s a live, interactive training designed for coaching, group dynamics, and real-time breakthroughs. Replays don’t capture that. You can’t coach a board break or integrate unconscious reprogramming through a recording. Presence matters.
I’m not sure I’ll be able to stay focused the whole time. Should I still come?
This experience is structured to help you stay present. There are breaks, partner exercises, movement, and coaching throughout. What you’ll gain is directly tied to how fully you show up. If life feels distracting, that’s often the moment when the biggest breakthroughs are waiting for you.
