The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is setting the standard for coaching around the world. We are honored to teach and implement the ICF core competencies and create masterful coaches. Our ICF Mentorship Program teaches researched and proven mindset transformation and communication methods from counseling, psychology, therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and professional coaching methodologies.
Achieving mastery does not necessarily mean putting in 10,000 hours, mastery is also accessible through an intentional practice of living in a state of constant curiosity, creativity, and knowing that you are capable of expanding continuously.
The mentorship program is led by the Genius Unlocked Leadership team Jenn and Carson which both have over 2,500 hours of coaching. Their purpose is to ensure you obtain mastery so that you can authentically serve your clients and build a thriving coaching business.
Our mentorship program is designed to support you in your growth to ensure that you meet your personal goals and your business objectives, faster than you would be able to do on your own.

ICF Certification Mentorship Program Details
3 months of mentorship coaching including:
- Seven 1-hour group calls
- Three 1-hour one-on-one calls
- Detailed written feedback on 3 recorded client coaching calls
- Six weekly, 30-minute coaching calls with your personal mentor
You will receive training in:
- Genius Unlocked’s 10 core coaching concepts
- ICF core coaching competencies through practical experience in real coaching sessions
Your Mentor will:
- Answer specific questions about coaching concepts and what you are confronting you in your practice
- Practice role reversal where you will coach your mentor in real life scenarios
- Mentor will give you detailed feedback and discuss the experience with you
- Provide you with written feedback on 2 out of the 6 personal mentor coaching calls as you progress through the program
- Provide ICF Coaching Log with coaching hours to date
ACC (lowest level certification) 250 coaching hours logged
