11-Day Evolve Certification Training (Hybrid)   

The daily times are as follows.  Please block these times off on your calendars.

Day 2: Wednesday, September 17 @ 10am - 8pm PST / 1 pm -11 pm EST

 3:30–4:40 PM | Field trip to the Zen Room (You’ll cover your shopping—we’ll cover the vibes!)
 5:00–6:00 PM | Escape Room Challenge (Our treat– together we can escape I am sure)
 6:30 PM | Optional dinner out (You’re invited to join—self-pay)  This is more than a few fun activities—it’s an intentional day to connect, relax, laugh, bond, and recharge with your cohort and the GU team.

Training Hours:

Every Day from 10:00 am - 8:00 pm PST.  You will have an hour for lunch approximately at noon and shorter breaks throughout the day.  We do our best to wrap up by 8:00 pm, though we encourage you to be flexible in case questions and answers and student interaction cause us to run a little long.

✈️ Tips for your Trip:

Grocery Store Options: Click the link for nearby grocery stores. Instacart, Amazon Fresh, or other food delivery services are available.

Special Attire: We will be taking pictures on 2 of the 6 days, please bring 2 sets of nice clothes for pictures and graduation.

Training Room: Dress comfortably and casually. We recommend you bring a sweater or sweatshirt and dress in layers in case you find the training room temperature cooler or warmer than you prefer. The room temperature will be set to the Trainers’ requirements. (Average highs are in the mid-60s with a 20-degree drop at night.)

Dining: Click the link for nearby restaurants. You will have a lunch break from 12 pm to 1 pm each day, and a dinner break will be at the conclusion of the training day at 8 pm. Local delivery services are available.

NOTE: No substances on the premises, please. We are working with the unconscious mind and advise that mind-altering substances (including alcohol) be enjoyed after the training has been completed.

Morning Sessions: Review sessions may be offered during the Evolve training mornings for ‘brushing up’. Participants will enjoy the opportunity to cover the NLP basics, often from a different perspective, while also experiencing the additional exercises offered during these sessions. These sessions are helpful and have been very popular. These will be offered from 10 am-12 pm on designated days and are required.

After Training Hours: Some evening assignments are made, especially during the first half of the training. Many evenings you will have free time to work on your test.

Breaks: Short breaks will be taken throughout the day. The time and length of the lunch break will be given on the first day of training.

Training Conclusion: Between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm on the final training day, with a graduation celebration and dinner to follow!

• Complete the pre-study calls in the Activate Program in your Genius Unlocked Members Area

• Complete Unlocking Communication videos in your Genius Unlocked Members Area

• Complete Unlocking Coaching videos  in your Genius Unlocked Members Area

Suggestion for Prep Work before attending Evolve. 

• Have completed at least 4 breakthroughs (suggestion)

• Bring your scripts that you have notes on from your Activate Training (Practitioner Manual)

• You will need to have the test filled out by hand, word for word  by Day  1 -10 am Pacific September 16, 2025 (You will receive the Evolve test via email)

• Tip ~ handwriting your test word for word helps for correct installation is a requirement for graduation. This helps prepare your unconscious mind to handwrite the correct answers, the same test you would take at Trainer's Training.

Your careful and thorough pre-study of the videos in the members’ area is very important for you to get the most out of the training. Your Evolve (Master Practitioner) certification eligibility also depends upon your understanding of the information, and your ability to demonstrate the skills at a Master Practitioner level. Listening to the members’ area videos three times will prepare you well for success.

Plan to learn a lot and have fun!

Along the way, if you have any questions or experience confusion, that’s quite normal. Most of your questions will be answered fully during the training. When you arrive at the training, you should have a basic understanding about basic NLP terminology and techniques (addressed in the pre-study videos in the members area) You are not expected to be fully versed in these techniques, however, you should be familiar with them and have a basic understanding of the concepts surrounding them.

💎 Certification Details:

Our intent is to have everyone certified who chooses to take advantage of this opportunity, and we will provide you with the support to qualify for certification. Your certification as a Master Practitioner will be based upon your understanding and ability to demonstrate the skills and techniques covered in these courses respectively. If you require further study or practice during or at the end of the training, you may be asked to complete certain tasks or projects before you are certified. Certification is not an automatic process. 

Certification requirements are as follows:

1. Complete the 38-Question Master Practitioner Test: Be sure your 38-question Master Practitioner Test is completed in its entirety by Day 1 of the training. It is an “Open Book,” “Open Friend” test. 

💲Final Payment:

If you are on a payment plan, continue with your payment plan as scheduled. Please ensure that the final payment is made 30 days prior to the start of training.

💲Automatic Payments:

We require automatic payments to a credit card or via ACH for your payment plan. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Amex.
